How do I cancel a reservation from Ostrovok?

Reservations from the Ostrovok site cannot be canceled directly via Extranet. The only option is to write to the guest directly or in support of Ostrovok to the e-mail Be sure to state the reason for the cancellation as well as your HOTEL ID and RESERVATION ID on the Ostrovok website. You will find this information in the confirmation email you received from us in the Additional Informations section under the names Channel Hotel ID and Channel Hotel Reservation ID.
