Things such as Property Name, Property Descriptions, Room Names, Room Descriptions, Pricing Plan Names & Descriptions, Cancellation Policy Names & Descriptions, and custom messages are always custom text therefore we can not auto-translate it and we made if super simple for you to do it yourself.
All the other static things such as amenities & usual booking messages are automatically translated.
Currently we support next languages:
To start translation of your existing texts first create everything you need on your default language. Note that default language is being chosen on property setup and can be changed in Setting>General>Property Settings.
To translate for example Room Title or Description first You need to go to Settings>Rooms/Channels and then on bottom left part select desired language you need to translate on (example DE for German).
Then if you do not have anything in dropdown selection where it says ‘Select Rooms’ it means you have none of the Rooms translated on that language so you need to click on Add New Room option to add new translation for that language.
Then you choose from selectbox which room you want to translate and add title and description on German and click on Add Room button.
Repeat procedure for every room/language.
Same procedure is being done for Extras, Pricing Plans, Restrictions, Booking Engine section (Info, Promo Codes, Cancellation Policies, Messages).
